Thanks for choosing us to teach your concealed weapon permit class.  Our instructor is a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Certified Instructor and and a National Rifle Association Certified Instructor and has been teaching citizens to protect themselves for over 25 years.  He uses the state statutes to provide you with the most up-to-date factual information about carrying and using concealed weapons.

Even though Florida is becoming a “Constitutional Carry” state, most people should still  get a permit because it will allow them to carry concealed weapons in states with reciprocal agreements and to be able to purchase guns without a waiting period.

The first hour of the class is firearms safety and familiarization.  Firearms safety is paramount and is stressed through the entire course.

The second hour is a discussion of Florida State Statute 790, Weapons and Firearms, which deals with where and how you can carry your firearm as well as other laws pertaining to your concealed permit.

The last hour is a discussion of Florida State Statute 776, Justifiable Use of Force, which deals with using your firearm to defend yourself or someone else against an imminent threat.

When you leave this class, you will know when and where you can carry your concealed weapon and what the law says about defending yourself or another.

We look forward to seeing you in the next class. Go here to see the calendar and sign up.

We can teach a class at almost any location as we bring all of the required equipment (including a bullet trap) with us. If you would like to set up a class for your family, friends, or business please call me at 904-813-3508.
