This concealed weapon permit class is being presented for the members and guests of St. Augustine Baptist Church.   It gets you the necessary training required to get a concealed weapons permit. This class is more extensive than others because it goes over firearm safety and familiarization and the Florida Statutes (776 and 790) which deal with carrying a firearm and using a firearm. This course will give information on when to carry, how to carry, where to carry, and when to use force (including deadly force) against an imminent threat.

Once you have your certificate of training, you can go to one of many licensing locations, fill out the application for your concealed weapons permit, have your fingerprints and a mug shot done, and then apply for your concealed weapons permit.
